A volunteer-member Board of Directors provides guidance to the management and staff of Holy Name Housing Corporation. The board meets quarterly or as needed to review budgets, discuss policy changes, review the mission statement, and update the business plan if needed.
Members of HNHC Board include neighborhood residents, neighborhood business owners and professionals who have an interest and expertise in community development. These members are also the Board of Holy Name Properties, a wholly owned subsidiary of HNHC that serves as a General Partner for the Partnerships responsible for the Management of the Leo Vaughan Manor and the Crown Properties.
