Holy Name Housing Corporation
Holy Name Housing Corporation (HNHC) is a community-based housing development organization founded by neighborhood residents in 1982 in response to the deterioration threatening their neighborhood. The strategy of HNHC is to enable low and moderate-income families to become investors in the neighborhood by becoming home owners. In its 35-year history, the Corporation has renovated or constructed over 600 homes.
MISSION
The mission of Holy Name Housing is to provide quality affordable housing options and homeownership education in Omaha and surrounding communities. To strengthen neighborhoods and empower individuals and families to be informed responsible residents. To respect all residents’ rights to quality affordable housing in a safe and healthy community.
